Kathleen Wilson Jarrell, 91, of Kenova, WV went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born December 5, 1926 in Russell, KY, daughter of the late Glen and Ethel Wilson. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Frank W. Jarrell. Kathleen worked at Sylvania, was a graduate of Ceredo-Kenova High School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Ceredo. She loved her Cincinnati Reds and UK Wildcats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Boyd and Violet Jarrell; two brothers-in-law, Edward L. Byard and Bill Jarrell; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Jarrell. Kathleen is survived by her precious daughter, Cathrine Ann Jarrell Hann and son in-law, Kenny Hann. Her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Dustin Kenneth Hann and wife Kristen; Dr. Meredith Lee Bentley and husband Jon Ryan; three great-grandchildren, Ikira Naomi, McKinley Rose and Asa Ryan; two brothers, Jack (Elna) Wilson, Ernie (Phyllis) Wilson; a sister, Marlene Byard; nieces and nephews, Dr. Christopher Byard, Dennis Wilson, Brian Byard, Philip Jarrell, Cathi Banks, Dr. Mark Byard, Max Jarrell, Patricia Scott and Timothy Wilson. The family would like to thank Dr. Kathy Saber for her wonderful care for many years, the nurses of St. Mary’s 4th floor Telemetry and the entire staff of the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 2, 2018 at Ceredo Baptist Church, 448 Main Street, Ceredo, WV with Pastor Rodney Hale officiating. Burial will follow at Dock’s Creek Cemetery, with nephews serving as pall bearers. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM Sunday, April 1, 2018 and one hour prior to the service at Ceredo Baptist Church, Ceredo, WV.
